• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 1-5 minutes.
• ns21 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. ns21 is not a financial institution and cannot be used as a banking service.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, subject to verification requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 10-20 minutes for bank transfers and 5-10 minutes for e-wallets during business hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds require identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing.
• ns21 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of withdrawal requests and prevent fraud.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to completion of wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• ns21 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may deduct their standard transaction fees from the transferred amount.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
